We finally have new carpet and boy does it look nice! When I came out of the bathroom just now the carpet felt so unnatural, in the back of my mind I was thinking, who put this rug here? Yay for new carpet!
I just had my third behind-the-wheel today and i did a swell job! I was marked off for only one thing and that was going outside of the paint on one of those u-turny, 25 MPH onramps. All was well though. My instructor said if I keep driving like I do then I am definitely ready for my license. Hurra!

I was just looking at cars in the paper yesterday and it has me really excited. I can't wait until I get my driver's license. Dang, I really hope I don't blow it because me and Eli are supposed to go to Orange County the first week of August. Oh, and to make the pressure worse I have to take the test the day before we leave. But Alli told me that she was a much worse driver than I was when she took the test... not that I'm a bad driver. I think I'm pretty decent. I just tend to hesitate a lot and I like to get into the next lane WHILE I'm checking my blind spot, not after. But I'm sure I'm good enough to pass.

Dang, I'm gonna get fat off licorice.
DUDE! (I don't say dude a lot so listen up!!) I just got "The Labyrinth" on DVD yesterday. My oh so kind sister Alli bought it for me. Woo hoo! I was about to watch it but then I got attacked by my AIM. Shame on me for not putting on my away message on. But hey, I love talking to my friends so it's all good :P

Well, I just woke up from ghost dreams. I always have them. I don't know if it's because people come in and out of my room when I'm sleeping or what, but something's going on.
Anyway, I decided that since I'm already awake then I could go ahead and schedule a driving appointment. Well, the appointment is going to be on July 30th which is kind of a relief because I thought I might have to take it later. Whew. Now all I need to do (besides practice driving some more and learn how to parallel park) is remember that the 30th is on a Wednesday.
So yeah, it sucks that I have to wait until the 30th, *but* good news has a way of rearing its head, which is very nice. And what's my good news? I lost 7 pounds. I can't tell but apparently Eli could so I guess that's cool.
Anyway, I'm gonna go eat something to boost my metabolism. Have a wonderful day :)

I don't see why everybody has to be so sour about America. Is *everyone* out there blinded and veiled? I don't know why people have to hate George Bush so much too. They say that Bill Clinton seemed like such a nice guy. So can someone explain to me why I'd feel more comfortable around President Bush than Bill Clinton? Why I'd rather be an intern for a Republican Administration rather than a Democratic Administration?
Anyway, it's President Bush's birthday today so that's cool.
